Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality private and group padel tennis lessons tailored to clients’ skill levels and goals.
- Design and implement training programs to develop players’ technical, tactical, and physical abilities.
- Work closely with VVIP clients, ensuring personalized service and professional discretion.
- Leverage tennis background to enhance padel instruction and player development.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and presentable appearance during all sessions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English with clients and team members.
- Adapt to various class formats, client needs, and scheduling demands.
- Ensure a safe and engaging training environment while upholding high standards of customer service.
- Stay current with coaching techniques and industry standards through continuous learning and certification renewal.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a Padel Tennis Coach is required.
- Previous coaching experience in the Middle East, especially working with VVIP clients, is highly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills are a must.
- Strong knowledge and advanced playing skills in tennis are essential.
- Ability to conduct both private and group Padel Tennis lessons effectively.
- Extensive tennis playing experience with the capability to mentor and develop players.
- Customer-focused with strong multitasking abilities.
- Must maintain a professional appearance, be physically fit, energetic, and adaptable to various class formats.
- Possession of a valid Padel Tennis coaching license (e.g., from the International Padel Federation (FIP) or an accredited national federation) is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 2,200
