Responsibilities
- Providing personalized guest service, including room preparation, packing/unpacking, and special requests.
- Overseeing housekeeping duties such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining living areas to high standards.
- Serving meals and beverages, and attending to guests’ needs with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing wardrobe care, laundry, and other personal assistance tasks.
- Coordinating with other household or hotel staff to ensure seamless and efficient service.
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, trust, and guest satisfaction at all times.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality protocols.
Qualifications
- High school graduate
- At least 3 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality (hotel, facility management, or domestic helper)
- Experience in the Middle East is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and service mindset
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Salary: QAR 1,800 per month
