Responsibilities
- Cabin Cleaning: Sanitize all areas inside the aircraft including seats, trays, restrooms, and windows
- Trash Removal: Collect and dispose of waste (food containers, magazines, etc.)
- Restocking: Refill amenity kits, pillows, blankets, and safety items
- Surface Disinfection: Deep-clean high-touch areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all emergency equipment and exits are clean and accessible
- Reporting Issues: Alert maintenance teams about damages or malfunctioning items
- Customer Service: Maintain top cleanliness standards for passenger comfort
Qualifications
- High school graduate or above
- No experience required (training will be provided)
- Preferably with JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certification
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts
- Must be willing to undergo a 4-day in-house training this July 2025
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic Monthly Salary: Up to JPY ¥199,500
