Our client at Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is hiring Concrete Element Workers for deployment to Finland under a 12-month contract with Amiko. This role involves manufacturing concrete wall panels and sandwich elements, interpreting technical drawings, and using basic construction tools to deliver high-quality concrete components for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities


  • Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings to create concrete elements.
  • Build molds/formwork and perform cast-in-place concrete work.
  • Install rebars in concrete forms (non-vertical orientation).
  • Pour, level, and finish concrete for pre-fabricated elements.
  • Create sandwich panels and other structural concrete elements.
  • Use hand and power tools to complete construction tasks.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
  • Ensure concrete curing and strength requirements are met.
  • Resolve technical issues during the casting and assembly process.

Qualifications


  • High School Graduate (Construction-related vocational program preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in pre-cast factory.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Skilled in rebar installation (non-vertical), cast-in-place work, and formwork setup.
  • Experience with sandwich panels and pre-fab concrete structures.
  • Familiarity with construction tools and safety procedures.
  • Physically fit for manual labor and outdoor work environments.

Compensation and Benefits


  • Salary Range: €12–€14 per hour.
  • 12-month employment contract.
