Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitoring food stock and minimizing waste through proper inventory management.
- Maintaining consistency in food preparation, taste, and presentation.
- Complying with food safety standards and kitchen procedures.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
Qualifications
- Male/Female
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hospitality or any relevant course
- At least 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie within the last 2 years
- Strong cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and hygiene
- With current A1/A2 level certification are welcome to apply
- Willing to undergo 3-4 months German language training
