We are hiring Cargo Handling Staff and Cabin Cleaning Staff for our client in Japan! No experience required — ideal for hardworking, physically fit individuals who want to work in Japan’s fast-paced airport operations industry. High school graduates are welcome. Candidates who are JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certified are highly preferred. Successful applicants will undergo a 4-day in-house training this July and will be deployed by October 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Cargo Loading and Unloading: Safely manage cargo operations for aircraft, ships, and vehicles
  • Cargo Inspection: Check for damage or irregularities and report issues promptly
  • Documentation: Accurately log weight, dimensions, and destinations
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to workplace safety and cargo handling protocols
  • Storage and Organization: Maximize space and prevent cargo damage
  • Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with logistics and security teams
  • Customer Service: Handle cargo delivery with professionalism and punctuality

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or above
  • No experience required (training will be provided)
  • Preferably with JLPT N4 or JFT A2 certification
  • Physically fit and able to work on shifts
  • Must be willing to undergo a 4-day in-house training this July 2025

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Monthly Salary: Up to JPY ¥199,500
  • Free in-house training prior to deployment
