Responsibilities

  • Monitoring SCADA screens to identify and respond to system anomalies and alerts.
  • Adjusting control parameters to optimize system performance and prevent failures.
  • Communicating with the maintenance team when equipment or system adjustments are needed.
  • Generating performance reports and maintaining logs of daily operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Conducting routine inspections and supporting troubleshooting of automation systems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SCADA technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Instrumentation, Automation, or Electronics
  • At least 3 years of experience in SCADA or PLC industrial automation
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with industrial automation and safety protocols
  • Capable of quick decision-making in high-pressure situations

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Monthly Salary: QAR 2,000 – 2,700
