Responsibilities
- Install, test, maintain, and repair electronic equipment and systems, including circuit boards, sensors, and microcontrollers.
- Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
- Assemble and solder electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electronic systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and other diagnostic tools to analyze system functionality.
- Document test procedures, maintenance logs, and repair records in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technical personnel to design, modify, or upgrade existing systems.
- Follow safety standards and protocols to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Program and configure firmware or software for microcontrollers and embedded systems, when required.
- Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Male, preferably below 35 years old
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; experience in the GCC is a plus
- Must hold a degree in Electronics Engineering or a technical diploma in Electronics
- Strong English communication skills; must be confident and articulate
- Basic knowledge of internet configuration is preferred
- Solid technical expertise in CCTV and satellite TV installation and repair
- Experience in residential projects or providing services to tenants and homeowners is an advantage
- Familiarity with access control systems is desirable
- Must be capable of performing precise cable and wiring connections
