Responsibilities
- Performing daily cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces.
- Changing linens, making beds, replenishing supplies, and ensuring rooms are guest-ready.
- Handling laundry services and reporting damages or maintenance needs.
- Following proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure hygiene and comfort.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards in accordance with hotel or cruise ship policies.
- Providing excellent guest service and attending to special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with housekeeping team members to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hospitality
- At least 3 years of experience as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant in a 4–5 star hotel, fine dining establishment, or cruise ship within the last 2 years
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure
- With current A1/A2 level certification are welcome to apply
- Willing to undergo 3-4 months German language training
Compensation and Benefits
- 2,100 to 2,700 Euro salary range
