Our client at Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is seeking skilled and versatile MEP Technicians for placement in Qatar. The role involves handling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in a multi-skilled capacity, ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of building services. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in MEP or multi-trade environments.

Responsibilities

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing MEP components including electrical wiring, HVAC systems, and plumbing installations.
  • Diagnosing system faults, performing repairs, and recording service logs.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance to prevent system breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinating with engineers and other technicians to optimize system performance.
  • Ensuring safety compliance and adherence to industry standards in all MEP activities.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues with a proactive approach.
  • Maintaining clean and organized workspaces during installations and repairs.

Qualifications

  • NCII Certification or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing
  • At least 3 years of experience in multi-skilled MEP roles
  • Knowledgeable in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems
  • Good team collaboration, communication skills, and safety awareness
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Monthly Salary: QAR 2,000 – 2,700
  • Food Allowance: QAR 300
