Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is looking for Metal Workers for Europe! We are seeking skilled Metal Workers with at least 2 years of relevant experience in metalwork and welding. Candidates must be college graduates with a degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Industrial Engineering. Technical expertise, precision, and welding experience are essential for this role.

Responsibilities


  • Performing metal fabrication, assembly, and welding tasks according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Operating various metalworking machinery such as grinders, cutters, and welding equipment.
  • Ensuring precision in measurements, alignment, and fitting of metal components.
  • Conducting quality checks on finished products and making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition and following safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with engineers and production teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Interpreting blueprints, engineering plans, and technical manuals as needed.

Qualifications


  • College graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Marine, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in metalwork or fabrication
  • Welding experience is required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
  • With current A1/A2 level certification are welcome to apply 
  • Willing to undergo 3-4 months German language training

Recruitment Procedure

This include discovery sessions, interviews, and coaching to increase the chance of landing a contract with German Employers.
2nd to 6th Month

Language Training and Certification (A1-A2)

Co-sponsorship opportunity to be qualified to take the FREE language examination and continued language training.
6th to 10th Month

Deployment and Departure to Germany

This includes final documentation processing, travel arrangements, and onboarding meetings with your Employer.
