Reach Truck/Forklift Operator (Lithuania)

Our client in Lifelinks International Resources, Inc., a DMW-accredited recruitment agency from the Philippines, is looking for Reach Truck Operators / Forklift Operators for Europe! We are seeking experienced professionals with at least 1 year of recent experience (within the last 3 years) in operating reach trucks or forklifts. Candidates must have a valid license/certificate and relevant employment certificates. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are required.

Responsibilities


  • Operating reach trucks or forklifts to transport, load, and unload goods and materials in warehouses or storage areas.
  • Ensuring safe and efficient handling of inventory while maintaining accuracy in movement and placement.
  • Conducting routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operating conditions.
  • Keeping storage areas organized and free from safety hazards.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and reporting discrepancies.
  • Following safety protocols, warehouse procedures, and work instructions.
  • Collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure timely and organized operations.

Qualifications


  • Must have a valid license or certificate to operate a reach truck or forklift
  • Must present employment certificates as a reach truck/forklift operator or in a similar job
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience within the last 3 years
  • Experience operating reach trucks and/or forklifts in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Good English communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

Compensation and Benefits


  • Salary Range: €3.85/hour or €847/month up to €6/hour or €1,320/month (based on experience and skills)
