Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with professionalism and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Managing reservations, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information about services and facilities.
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling guest requests or complaints promptly.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintaining front desk operations, records, and ensuring a well-organized reception area.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate billing records.
- Upholding high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hospitality
- At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a 4–5 star hotel, fine dining establishment, or cruise ship
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in front desk systems and customer service protocols
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
- With current A1/A2 level certification are welcome to apply
- Willing to undergo 3-4 months German language training
Compensation and Benefits
- 2,100 to 2,700 Euro salary range
