Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing electrical maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshooting power issues and diagnosing electrical faults.
  • Coordinating with engineers and technicians to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Managing electrical equipment installations, inspections, and routine maintenance.
  • Reporting system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.
  • Allocating budgets and resources efficiently for maintenance projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial or facility electrical maintenance
  • Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and HSE compliance
  • Familiarity with electrical system planning, troubleshooting, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Monthly Salary: QAR 3,500 – 4,500
