Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of HVAC technicians to ensure proper maintenance and system performance.
  • Scheduling and executing preventive maintenance for HVAC systems.
  • Conducting diagnostics and repairs on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning units.
  • Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance in all HVAC operations.
  • Coordinating with suppliers for part sourcing and overseeing budget management for repairs.
  • Monitoring energy efficiency and optimizing HVAC performance to reduce costs.
  • Preparing performance reports and maintenance logs for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC systems within major facilities
  • Strong skills in leadership, problem-solving, and energy management
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance scheduling
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic Monthly Salary: QAR 3,500 – 4,500
