Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and providing an exceptional front desk experience in a wellness or spa environment.
- Managing reservations, answering inquiries, and providing information on wellness services.
- Coordinating with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handling payments and processing transactions accurately.
- Ensuring a professional and relaxing atmosphere aligned with the wellness brand.
- Upholding hospitality and wellness standards to ensure a satisfying guest experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or a related hospitality course
- Must have work or training certificates in the hospitality field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in 4–5 star hotels (local or international)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail
- Well-groomed, professional, and courteous at all times
Compensation and Benefits
- Gross Salary: QAR 1,800 per month
